Overview In this role, you lead multifamily development and new construction projects, guiding teams from planning through delivery. Responsibilities- Oversee development and construction progress from initial plans to delivery
- Lead planning meetings, prepare scope, budgets, and schedules
- Prepare bid packages, assess bids, and manage contracts
- Evaluate change orders and adjust budgets/specifications accordingly
- Ensure safety, codes compliance, and regulatory documentation
- Communicate project status to leadership and address concerns
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor project team members
- Conduct site inspections and resolve issues, adjusting plans as needed
- Generate reports and perform administrative tasks
Key requirements- 10+ years in construction management and field operations with similar project experience
- Minimum 5 years in multi-family, wood framing, structural concrete environments
- 3rd party general contractor experience is a plus
- Strong time management, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage long-term plans and complex schedules
- Excellent written and oral communication with ability to delegate and negotiate
