Overview

As a Project Management Consultant, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial real estate projects in the Atlanta area, from initiation through closeout. You will coordinate budgets, schedules, procurement, quality and risk while interfacing with clients to define requirements. You will guide delivery resources, enforce governance, and ensure data integrity and reporting. This role offers exposure to high-end renovations and tenant improvements within a supportive, client-focused advisory team that values collaboration and impact.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all facets of project management for multiple commercial projects: budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk
  • Interpret and apply complex documents (agreements, leases, work letters, project charters, drawings)
  • Interface with clients to define project requirements and scope
  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, cash flow, work plans, milestones, and risk plans
  • Identify and procure resources, conduct bid analyses, and recommend resources to clients
  • Provide project guidance to the delivery team and manage meetings and communications
  • Maintain project governance, data integrity, and timely documentation
  • Track progress against goals, budgets, and timelines; report variances and craft corrective action
  • Implement change management and assessment of change impacts; secure client approvals
  • Identify and mitigate risks through constructability reviews and contingency planning
  • Demonstrate knowledge of project management within business results context
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience
  • Experience with high-rise, high-end interior projects and demanding clients preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with commercial interior renovations project and/or construction management preferred
  • Strong judgment and ability to analyze multiple information sources
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and MS Project; familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams
