Overview

In this global leadership role, you will shape and advance mobility and immigration programs to support business growth, workforce planning, and a positive employee experience. You'll partner with senior leaders and external providers to build scalable policies, governance, and risk management across regions. The role centers on modernization, cross-border talent movement, and aligning mobility strategy with organizational priorities to drive operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy for domestic and international mobility programs, aligning with talent objectives, compliance, and financial discipline.
  • Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor spend to control costs while meeting mobility demands.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices to enhance offerings and performance.
  • Oversee immigration governance to ensure valid work authorization and reduce compliance exposure.
  • Drive modernization by streamlining workflows, introducing automation, and building scalable processes.
  • Develop and execute a global mobility roadmap focused on policy updates, operational maturity, and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to identify gaps, resolve complex issues, and implement practical mobility solutions.
  • Advise senior leadership on mobility and immigration in workforce planning, succession, and cross-border expansions.
  • Oversee high-impact mobility cases (e.g., executive relocations) and act as escalation point for complex matters.
  • Recommend compensation and relocation package approaches aligned with pay philosophy and market data.
