Production Designer, Healthcare Forms

Overview

In this role, you will design healthcare forms and related print materials, ensuring they are clear, consistent, and production-ready. You'll collaborate with customers and production teams to translate requests into print-ready files while balancing design quality with efficiency and cost. You'll manage a queue of design requests, adhere to brand standards, and contribute to process improvements. This position offers growth in print production and healthcare documentation within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with customers to understand project requirements and provide design guidance within standards
  • Design and update healthcare forms using approved templates and specifications
  • Translate requests into production-ready files and manage an active design queue
  • Collaborate with production teams to align designs with printing capabilities and cost-effective methods
  • Review proofs and coordinate with print production for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain consistency across forms per brand/document standards
  • Support process improvements and contribute to customer experience
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements
  • 1+ year of graphic design, production design, or related experience
  • Customer service experience with professional communication
  • Experience creating print-ready files using Adobe Creative Suite with InDesign competency
  • Portfolio or samples demonstrating design competency and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Understanding of print production processes and file preparation (preferred)
