Responsibilities- Lead on-site construction activities from pre-construction through completion
- Manage subs, vendors, inspectors, consultants, and field personnel
- Drive schedules via daily planning, coordination meetings, and look-ahead scheduling
- Oversee site development, utilities, grading, infrastructure, structural work
- Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and compliance with standards
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, utilities, and local agencies
- Identify field issues and implement corrective actions to protect schedule and quality
- Maintain project documentation (daily reports, progress updates, safety records, quality inspections)
- Lead site logistics planning, contractor coordination, and sequencing
- Support turnover, commissioning, and final closeout
Key requirements- 8+ years of construction leadership experience at Superintendent/Construction Manager/General Superintendent level
- Experience managing large-scale construction, infrastructure, civil, utility, or site development projects
- Strong scheduling, site logistics, subcontractor management, and project execution knowledge
- Experience coordinating multiple trades in active construction environments
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, schedules, and project docs
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of construction safety practices and quality control
