Responsibilities- Develop and manage detailed project plans with budgets and schedules for mixed-use projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment and quality
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and apply mitigation strategies
- Prepare contracts, compliance records, and progress reports
- Lead regular stakeholder meetings and address concerns
- Oversee procurement to ensure cost-efficiency and timely material delivery
- Collaborate with finance to track budgets and financial performance
- Safely enforce industry standards and best practices across all phases
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in multifamily, mixed-use, or hospitality construction
- Proven track record delivering projects >$30M
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency with project management software and tools
- Solid knowledge of regulations, safety standards, and sustainability
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
