Responsibilities- Translate sketches, models, and design direction into precise digital models centering form and character
- Create advanced NURBS surfaces in Autodesk Alias with curvature and continuity focus
- Bridge Alias with SolidWorks to integrate sculpted surfaces into mechanical assemblies
- Support development from form exploration through DFM, tooling, and production release
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address wearability, fit, sensor integration, and manufacturability
- Elevate digital modeling practices, mentor teammates, and improve handoffs and data exchange
- Contribute to AI-assisted design workflows while maintaining high-quality standards
Key requirements- 6+ years in CAD sculpting or advanced surfacing in product development
- Expert in Autodesk Alias with strong NURBS and surface craftsmanship
- Strong SolidWorks proficiency for assembly-oriented modeling
- Experience delivering consumer products, especially wearables or electronics
- Solid understanding of industrial design principles and manufacturing constraints
