Responsibilities- Analyze payer and provider actuarial needs to support strategy, margin improvement, and cost savings initiatives
- Develop pricing, reserve, and forecasting analyses using actuarial methods and healthcare data
- Create client deliverables translating technical findings into clear recommendations for leaders
- Review analytical work and model outputs for accuracy and relevance before client delivery
- Apply actuarial tools, benchmarking studies, and data analytics to interpret market changes and inform solutions
- Support project workstreams from issue definition through presentation of results and next steps
- Mentor junior team members by reviewing tasks, sharing guidance, and giving feedback
- Collaborate across consulting teams to tailor solutions for healthcare clients facing regulatory, financial, and operational change
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience
