Key requirements- Master of Science in immunoassay development with 10+ years of experience or PhD with 3+ years of experience in immunoassay development
- Experience with lateral flow or ELISA sandwich assays using blood and saliva samples (preferred)
- Proficient in writing and report preparation in area of expertise
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to deliver effective presentations
- Experience working in a regulated laboratory environment
