Overview In this Accounting Manager role, you lead core finance operations for a fast-growing organization, bringing structure to evolving processes. You will own daily financial activities and drive reliable reporting to inform business decisions. You'll oversee month-end close, cash management, and treasury support while refining accounting workflows to scale with growth. This hands-on position partners with cross-functional teams to build scalable, audit-ready financial records and trusted analysis that guides strategy.
Responsibilities- Oversee full monthly close with timely journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger activity
- Direct daily accounting operations across accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and cash management
- Monitor cash balances and support treasury by preparing wire transactions and cash positioning materials
- Produce dependable financial information and analysis for leadership decision-making
- Strengthen workflows by designing/refining financial systems and operating procedures
- Maintain ledger accuracy by reviewing activity, resolving discrepancies, and supporting audit-ready records
- Analyze transactions and validate data integrity using spreadsheets and accounting platforms
- Partner with internal stakeholders to establish scalable processes for a dynamic, early-stage environment
