Overview As Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end recruitment marketing funnel for clinical talent within a remote 90-day contract with potential extension. You'll lead audience strategy, messaging, persona development, content, landing pages, lifecycle communications, and funnel optimization to drive conversions. You will use data and audience insights to refine experiences, test hypotheses, and scale a repeatable growth engine. This role emphasizes understanding audiences and delivering compelling messaging over pure paid media, offering impact across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities- Own messaging and positioning for target audiences
- Develop audience personas and segmentation strategies
- Build and optimize the end-to-end recruitment marketing funnel
- Develop and optimize landing pages, content, and lifecycle communications
- Identify acquisition channels and test new audiences and experiences
- Design and execute A/B and conversion tests across funnel stages
