Civil Defense/Aviation Attorney

• handle civil defense litigation in state and federal courts
• prepare cases for trial
• conduct research and draft pleadings and memoranda
• manage pre-trial discovery and depositions

• admitted to the Illinois bar in good standing
• experience in civil defense litigation in state and federal courts
• ability to hit the ground running and prepare cases for trial
• organization, self-motivation, and ability to handle files with minimal supervision
• trial skills a plus but not required
