Compensation Consultant

You will support enterprise-wide compensation initiatives, building foundational pay programs and consistent job frameworks across diverse units. You'll work with internal compensation leaders to deliver project-based expertise, especially in organizations with limited HR infrastructure. Expect to analyze market data, shape job architectures, and provide actionable compensation recommendations that scale across acquired and operating companies.

• Design and formalize compensation structures for operating companies needing end-to-end pay programs
• Partner with internal compensation leadership to execute projects across multiple business units
• Conduct job leveling assessments to align roles, career frameworks, and pay
• Analyze market data and survey information to benchmark and guide pay programs
• Utilize Oracle, Payfactors, Excel, and Microsoft Office to organize data and document outcomes
• Develop practical compensation recommendations for organizations with limited HR processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize job architecture and compensation practices across acquisitions
• Prepare compensation analyses, reporting, and materials for stakeholders and leadership review
