Tax CPA / Tax Manager

In this role, you will lead tax engagements for individuals and pass-through entities, guiding compliance and planning. You'll mentor a small Greenville team and partner with firm leadership to support office growth and client service. You drive proactive tax guidance and ensure high-quality work for diverse clients. This position offers a long-term leadership path within an established public accounting firm.

• Review and prepare returns for individuals, S-Corporations, partnerships, and other business entities
• Review financial statements and supporting tax documentation
• Manage client relationships and serve as tax planning and compliance contact
• Mentor and review work of staff; provide technical guidance
• Oversee a team of 4-5 professionals in Greenville
• Assist with workflow management, deadlines, and quality control
• Collaborate with firm leadership on client service and Greenville office growth
• Participate in tax planning and provide year-round proactive guidance

• CPA license required
• Strong public accounting tax experience
• Experience preparing and reviewing 1040s, S-Corps, and partnerships
• Experience reviewing staff work
• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop preferred
• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
