• Represent clients in all aspects of family law (divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, equitable distribution)
• Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
• Conduct discovery, depositions, and court appearances
• Provide clear legal advice and tailored strategies to clients
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality representation

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and New Jersey Bar admission in good standing
• 4+ years of family law experience preferred; strong litigation skills are a plus
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients
