Senior Attorney / Counsel

In this role you will support complex litigation at a mid-sized law firm, shaping strategy and client representation. You will lead investigations, draft and review key pleadings, and manage discovery processes to move cases forward. You'll prepare for trials, negotiate settlements, and supervise eDiscovery to ensure compliance. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while staying current on precedents to strengthen case outcomes and contribute to the firm's mission-driven initiatives.

• Conduct investigations and evaluate potential legal claims
• Draft and review legal documents (complaints, briefs, memoranda)
• Lead discovery processes, including document reviews and depositions
• Prepare for and actively participate in trials with strategic client representation
• Negotiate settlements and coordinate complex case resolutions
