Responsibilities- Defend clients in state and federal court across a range of complex matters
- Manage a diverse, challenging caseload with substantial responsibility from the outset
- Conduct legal research, draft memoranda, and prepare pleadings and motions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in ongoing training and mentorship
- Support professional development through active engagement in the firm's growth and client service initiatives
Key requirements- Admitted to the California Bar in good standing
- California Bar admission; additional Texas admission preferred
- 4+ years of experience in civil litigation with a focus on mortgage litigation defense
