Overview As Program Director at SAT, you will lead all phases of large-scale airport programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while integrating with the client and subconsultants. You'll drive planning, governance, and execution for the Terminal Development Program and related modernization efforts. You will be the primary liaison to the Executive Program Manager, oversee staff and subconsultants, and shape program strategies to reduce delivery conflicts. This on-site role focuses on delivering quality infrastructure milestones for a transformative airport project.

Responsibilities- Lead Facilities & Civil program delivery and executive-level presentations
- Manage staff, coordination, and communications across the program
- Develop program management plans (schedules, budgets, procurement, public involvement)
- Oversee design-build projects and bidding processes in line with policies and regulations
- Supervise Freese and Nichols resources and subconsultants for each program
- Develop and monitor CPM schedules and apply earned value management
- Communicate program status regularly with client and team
- Establish and enforce program communication protocols
- Coordinate with design and construction teams on contract requirements
- Provide guidance, problem solving, and big-picture leadership to the program
Key requirements- Bachelor in Engineering
- 10+ years in design/construction program management or Capital Improvement Programs
- Proficiency in design project management and construction contract administration
- Understanding of public sector procurement and budgeting procedures
