Compensation / Benefits- base salary 180,000-250,000/year

Responsibilities- Represent clients in commercial disputes, contract breach, IP infringement, and employment litigation
- Advocate in court and manage case strategy
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships across a range of enterprises
- Collaborate with senior partners and cross functional teams
- Engage in business development and maintain a professional network
Key requirements- 3-10+ years of complex litigation experience at a private law firm
- Commercial, L&E, and IP litigation experience preferred
- California bar licensure
- Good academic record
