Overview As Senior MEP Project Manager, you will lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination on complex construction programs for a global manufacturing client. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to drive quality, safety, and on-time delivery across data centers, critical infrastructure, and related sectors. You enable successful Owner's Representation, ensuring design, field execution, and commissioning align with project goals. This role offers hands-on impact in shaping multi-site capital projects. You will work in a collaborative, client-focused environment that values operational excellence and learning.
Responsibilities- Manage engineering drawings, specifications, and related documents
- Communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders at all project stages
- Support scheduler updates and progress tracking
- Coordinate field activities between General Contractor, Commissioning Agent, and Client
- Conduct field walks with GC and subcontractors; participate in field and punch walks with architecture and MEP teams
- Assist in project close-out documentation and QA/QC processes
- Review technical documentation for accuracy and contractual compliance
- Perform QA/QC and engineering QA/QC reviews before construction submissions
- Prepare regular progress reports and KPI updates
- Facilitate information flow between team and client through meetings and written communications
- Contribute to knowledge management by capturing learnings in internal databases
- Identify and escalate quality, safety, health and environmental issues
- Assist with SOX controls where applicable
Key requirements- Field construction experience
- Experience in manufacturing construction beneficial
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage and delegate tasks to technical and non-technical staff
- Post graduate Mechanical or MEP engineering experience (design and site)
- Engineering background with strong mechanical knowledge/experience
- Bachelor in Engineering (or related)
- Project Management (or PMP) or related field
