Responsibilities- Conduct legal research and analysis to inform case strategy
- Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments
- Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery materials
- Manage all phases of litigation from initial assessment to trial and appeal
- Negotiate settlements and advise clients on outcomes
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to prepare for trial
- Stay updated on insurance defense laws and regulations affecting litigation
Key requirements- Jurisdictional law license and admission to practice law
- Proven experience as a Trial Attorney in Insurance Defense and Litigation
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
- First chair experience is a plus
- Experience in Personal Injury (PI), Transportation, or Complex Liability cases is preferred
