Estate Planning and Corporate Transactional Attorney

In this role, you will support Estate Planning and Corporate Transactional matters at a well-established boutique law firm in Spokane. You will work within a collaborative team to handle variety of legal topics, including estates, trusts, probate, guardianships, entity formations, and real estate, with a focus on practical, client-centered solutions. The position offers a clear path to future partnership and access to mentorship for skill development. There is no billable requirement, making room to focus on quality work and client service while growing your practice.

• salary range 100-180k with bonus
