Overview Robert Half seeks an experienced Benefits & Compensation Manager to lead compensation and benefits administration for a Philadelphia-area client. In this role you partner with HR, payroll, and business leaders to deliver competitive programs, ensure compliance, and promote consistent people practices. You will drive annual compensation activities, oversee retirement and deferred compensation programs in North America, and translate complex data into actionable guidance. This position offers impact across budgeting, governance, and policy implementation in a collaborative, compliance-focused environment. You will help shape pay equity and mobility-related processes while scaling programs.
Responsibilities- Lead the administration of compensation and benefits programs
- Coordinate market salary benchmarking, merit planning, and incentive review processes
- Oversee retirement, pension, and deferred compensation programs in North America
- Review benefit and retirement offerings and recommend enhancements
- Prepare budgets and perform financial analysis for compensation and benefit plans
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations through audits and program reviews
- Partner across business units to implement compensation and benefits policies, promote fair treatment, and support pay equity and mobility processes
