Responsibilities- Interact daily with users and leadership to resolve issues
- Perform backups, restoration, and disaster recovery of systems, databases, and network equipment
- Maintain system, database, software, firewall, and account configurations and monitoring
- Install system-wide software and manage storage allocations
- Coordinate with peers, Tier2, and engineers to ensure smooth operation of multi-user systems
- Review procedures and collect operational data for analysis
- Re-image laptops and manage accounts; monitor system/app availability and performance
Key requirements- Ability to obtain Secret clearance (through Lockheed) before starting employment
- DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+, CySA+, or CCNA)
- IT experience in system/database/network administration
- Knowledge of Windows, SQL, and Cisco products
- Craftsman Level in an MPE Flexible Training plan
- Clear communication with users and leadership
