Overview In this contract role, you support fundraising efforts by strengthening donor engagement and ensuring precise development operations. You will work closely with the Development team to manage records, prepare materials, and assist reporting to advance fundraising goals. You'll handle donor data, draft outreach and stewardship communications, and help plan campaigns with data-driven insights. The role offers meaningful impact through accurate record-keeping, thoughtful donor interactions, and cross-functional collaboration. You will contribute to sustainable donor relationships that support the organization's mission in Fresno.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate donor records and contribution data using fundraising databases (e.g., Raiser's Edge).
- Coordinate mail merge activities to produce tailored outreach and campaign communications for donors and stakeholders.
- Prepare clear, effective donor stewardship and fundraising correspondence.
- Draft audit-related reports and organize documentation to promote accuracy and compliance in development records.
- Support fundraising campaigns by tracking donations, monitoring progress, and assisting with engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align development activities with organizational priorities.
- Analyze donor activity and giving trends to inform campaign planning and relationship-building.
