Tax Change Manager

In this role you drive the holistic change management strategy for tax-related initiatives, guiding stakeholders from current to future state. You'll collaborate across Change Management, operations, product, IT, and other functions to ensure on-time delivery of change materials and robust adoption. You will lead data-driven analytics, foster continuous improvement, and advance the digital transformation journey. • Create and maintain the change management plan and supporting deliverables (e.g., Tear Sheet, Stakeholder Analysis, Training Needs Analysis, Change Impact Analysis)
• Assess proposed changes, outline change plans, and implement change management activities
• Coordinate and track change management tools and activities (feedback, training, communications)
• Facilitate discussions to clarify topics and refine deliverables based on outcomes
• Support project teams to analyze feedback and propose actions
• Pursue formal/informal training to deepen change management acumen
• Assist in transitioning work to operations/business teams
• Serve as a liaison between sponsors, project managers, leadership, and stakeholders

• Minimum 5 years' experience with leadership and managing teams and contributors
• Minimum 5 years' experience delivering formal Change Management plans/deliverables
• Strong communications, influence, negotiation, and relationship-building
• Effective cross-channel communication tailored to audience
• Prior public accounting or professional services experience
