Responsibilities- Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
- Conduct legal research and support case strategy
- Interact with clients and opposing counsel
- Participate in hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Support trial teams and take on increasing responsibility as you grow
Key requirements- 1-3 years of litigation experience
- California Bar admission in good standing
