Production Supervisor

In this role you will supervise daily production operations at Magna Seating, ensuring a safe, efficient and organized work environment. You will lead and develop a team, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement to boost quality and productivity. You will promote health, safety, and environmental standards while aligning with ISO and company objectives. Your impact spans cross-functional collaboration within a global automotive seating business, shaping efficient manufacturing practices.

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and organization
• Lead and develop personnel through communication, policy enforcement, performance management, training and engagement
• Drive operational excellence by improving first-run quality, productivity, and labor efficiency
• Promote Health, Safety, and Environmental standards via training, inspections, audits, and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with Magna Employee Charter, Quality and Material Management Systems, and ISO 14001
• Support high productivity and positive EOS results

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, plus two years of supervisory experience; or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (spreadsheets, word processing, databases)
• Knowledge of Just-In-Time (JIT) communication and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively lead teams and support operational objectives in manufacturing environment
