Responsibilities- Advise on labor contract interpretations, negotiations, application, and compliance; shape labor strategy and handle grievances
- Counsel on personnel matters, workplace investigations, and disciplinary actions
- Manage federal/state agency matters (NLRB, EEOC, DOL)
- Defend labor arbitrations and oversee labor-related litigation
- Act as trusted advisor to internal clients, delivering risk-based solutions aligned with business goals
