Overview As a Custom Residential Project Manager, you drive the end-to-end delivery of high-end homes, from permitting to turnover. You work closely with homeowners, architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain schedules, budgets, and quality. You solve complex coordination and compliance challenges to ensure exceptional craftsmanship and client satisfaction. This role offers impact through shaping luxury projects and maintaining rigorous standards in a collaborative team.
Compensation / Benefits Responsibilities- Manage all phases of custom residential construction from permitting through turnover
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
- Coordinate with homeowners, architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents
- Lead project meetings and provide updates to clients and stakeholders
- Oversee subcontractor performance, scheduling, and quality control
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and vendor relationships
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high craftsmanship standards
Key requirements- 5+ years of project management experience in custom residential construction
- Proven experience with luxury custom homes, renovations, or estate projects
- MA License
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods, building codes, and permitting processes
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control
- Proficiency in Procore, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Bluebeam, or similar CM software
