Overview As the OCM representative in the Order Engineering domain, you drive Power User adoption and mitigate risks across the project lifecycle. You lead behavior change from local tools to SAP-based time capture and connect hours, activities, backlog, and scheduling. You identify where OCM services add value (transformation, training, process mapping, communications) and deliver hands-on domain training at multiple plants. You liaise with stakeholders, translate domain knowledge into training materials and SPLs, and maintain dashboards to track progress and risks. Travel 50-75% to North American sites is required, and you'll collaborate across BAs, POs, and the OCM team to support smooth adoption.

Responsibilities- Represent OCM within the Order Engineering domain and drive adoption strategies
- Mitigate risks across the project lifecycle
- Support behavior change from local tools to SAP-based time capture and explain linkages between hours, activities, backlog, and scheduling
- Identify opportunities where OCM services (Business Transformation, Training, Process Mapping, Communications) add value
- Upskill domain knowledge and deliver hands-on training at plants and facilities
- Serve as primary liaison between domain stakeholders, Power Users, and the OCM team
- Translate domain knowledge and BA specs into clear training documentation and SPLs using Scribe (English and Spanish)
- Maintain, organize, and track training deliverables through dashboards
- Collaborate with change management areas to provide accurate and timely information
- Share insights and recommendations to support change adoption aligned with organizational goals
- Work with BAs and POs to stay updated on system enhancements impacting users
- Travel to different plant locations in North America: 50-75% (max 2 consecutive weeks)
Key requirements- Experience explaining end-to-end SAP processes (ETO/CTO) from order to billing
- Ability to navigate SAP Fiori apps, interpret statuses, and distinguish defects from process/training issues
- Subject matter expert in the SAP S/4HANA domain area
- Training experience and knowledge of adult learning principles
- Documentation and instructional design skills (Scribe) and branding compliance
- Ability to track execution and maintain dashboards for SPLs, training, and risk
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex concepts
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify risks and adoption blockers early
- Stakeholder management skills to build relationships with Power Users
