Overview In this role you support routine and established lab procedures to advance research goals, including assays, cell/tissue culture, and animal studies. You monitor results, report anomalies, and suggest modifications while collecting and summarizing data. You assist with equipment and supplies management, perform basic data analysis, and help prepare figures. You may present findings at lab meetings and contribute to manuscript writing under supervision, with opportunities to work independently.

Responsibilities- Set up and perform routine lab procedures (assays, cell/tissue culture, animal studies)
- Monitor results, report unusual outcomes, and suggest modifications
- Collect, enter and summarize data
- Assist in maintenance of lab equipment and supplies
- Perform basic statistical data analysis; prepare tables/charts/graphs
- Present at research lab meetings and contribute to manuscript writing
- Work under supervision and may perform some tasks independently
Key requirements- Solid understanding of lab techniques, equipment, and safety
- Ability to organize and carry out laboratory techniques independently and in a team
- Experience with basic data analysis
