Overview In this role you support complex, multi-year port and marine terminal projects under moderate supervision, coordinating procurement, oversight, and inspections. You work with superintendents, design teams, and BIM specialists to keep projects aligned with design, budget, and schedule. You'll help manage contracts, change orders, and regulatory compliance while guiding junior managers. This role offers exposure to high-impact infrastructure work at scale within a global team.

Responsibilities- Support the Construction Program Manager in procurement, oversight, and inspection of port/marine projects.
- Assist with administration, objective setting, and project governance for large-scale programs.
- Engage with Superintendents to resolve questions and issues; interface with design and BIM teams as needed.
- Contribute to hiring subcontractors, monitoring change orders, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting.
- Provide technical direction and ensure construction aligns with design, budget, and schedule.
- Support reporting on all facets of project administration and policy enforcement.
Key requirements- BA/BS in construction, engineering, or project management or related field
- 4 years of construction project management or equivalent experience
- Valid US driver's license and ability to pass MVR check
- Ability to obtain TWIC
