Responsibilities- Handle probate, trust, and conservatorship litigation matters
- Draft petitions, motions, briefs, pleadings, and legal correspondence
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
- Prepare, serve, and respond to written discovery
- Attend hearings, status conferences, mediations, and settlement proceedings
- Take and defend depositions
- Assist with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding case progress
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop litigation strategies
- Maintain organized case files and manage multiple deadlines
