Tax Manager - National Tax Office (JD Required)

As a Manager in EisnerAmper's National Tax Office, you will advance federal income tax services for diverse clients. You will collaborate with a growth-oriented team while receiving training and mentorship to support your career progression. Your work spans research, M&A tax structuring, and firm-wide knows-how, contributing to impactful tax solutions. You'll help streamline tax processes and share insights through alerts and trainings. This role blends deep technical tax work with a culture of collaboration and professional growth.

• Research and analyze federal income tax issues across partnerships, S corps, C corps, timing methods, and digital assets
• Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructurings
• Draft emails and memos for internal and external stakeholders
• Draft firm-wide alerts on current federal income tax developments
• Contribute to firm-wide trainings in federal income tax
• Assist with federal domestic tax due diligence in M&A transactions

• 4+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience
• J.D. (law degree)
• Experience with partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Proficiency with tax research databases
