Overview

In this HR Director role, you will lead talent acquisition and core human resources operations to support a fast-moving, on-site team in Fort Worth. You'll bridge day-to-day HR execution with long-term people strategy, ensuring a positive employee experience from recruitment through separation while strengthening compliance and benefits administration. You'll work closely with executives to align hiring, compensation insight, and leave management with company goals. This contract-to-permanent position offers impact, hands-on leadership, and a clear path to a permanent role.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the recruitment process from kickoff to offer across multiple roles, coordinating sourcing, evaluation, interview logistics, and selections
  • Develop and sustain pipelines through networks, referrals, and outreach to meet current and future staffing needs
  • Track recruitment metrics (fill timelines, costs, acceptance trends) and use insights to improve efficiency and candidate experience
  • Oversee administration of benefits offerings (medical, dental, vision, life, disability) and support annual enrollment
  • Serve as primary contact for brokers, carriers, and retirement plan partners to ensure smooth benefits delivery
  • Review compensation data and market trends to inform competitive pay recommendations
  • Ensure accurate and compliant leave programs for legally protected and company-supported absences
  • Support full employee lifecycle including onboarding, development, policy administration, and offboarding to foster a positive workplace culture
Key requirements
  • Experience in HR leadership and hands-on personnel management

  • On-site work requirement in Fort Worth, TX

  • Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
