Compensation / Benefits Responsibilities- Represent clients in workers' compensation claims and litigation
- Provide legal advice and counsel regarding rights and obligations
- Prepare and file pleadings and motions
- Conduct legal research and analysis of workers' compensation laws and regulations
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

Key requirements- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in workers' compensation law, with a focus on defense
- Strong litigation skills and experience in courtroom procedures
