Experience and Education:High School Diploma or GED2+ years maintenance experience preferably in a manufacturing environmentEquivalent combination of education and experienceBenefits: Pay $25 to $30/hr based on experience 9 Paid Holidays PTOHealth Insurance options along with dental, vision, disability and company paid life insurance. 401K with employer matchingJob Summary:Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to production and facility equipment in order to ensure the safe efficient operation of machinery and all mechanical equipment. This position is day shift Monday through Friday .Assist in the repair of equipment as directed by other maintenance personnel.Ensures operation of CNC machinery such as press brakes, lathes and mills by completing preventive maintenance requirements as established by manufacturer's specifications.Inspect, operate, or test CNC and manual machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions and initiate repairs as required. Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools. Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventative maintenance.Troubleshoot and perform repairs to hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical components.Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and physical structure of all production facilities.Measure, cut and install wiring and conduit.Install and configure electrical equipment.Follow electrical blueprints and schematics.
Requirements:
