Multifamily Communities - Hourly Pay + CommissionAre you a skilled painter who takes pride in clean finishes, efficient work, and making spaces look brand new? Requirements:
What We're Looking For2+ years of professional painting experience requiredMultifamily/apartment experience strongly preferredStrong drywall repair and finishing skillsBasic carpentry skills required (advanced skills a plus)Ability to work independently and manage multiple units/deadlinesHigh attention to detail and pride in quality workReliable transportation and ability to travel between propertiesValid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)Compensation details: 20-22 Hourly WagePI151b4ede0-
