The Accounts Receivable Representative III applies cash payments received from customers to outstanding invoices; generally more larger and complex transactions requiring in depth analysis. This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.Your Impact Applies cash payments received from customers to outstanding invoices; generally more larger and complex transactions requiring in depth analysisInvestigate and resolve customer payment discrepancies and handle complex customer payment issuesCollaborate with cross functional teams to resolve any accounting discrepanciesResearches unapplied remittances to determine proper invoice application and ensures difficult customer accounts are fully reconciledProcesses larger and more complex purge offsetsCommunicates with Collections personnel to resolve outstanding customer issues.
