Family Practice - With OB Physician

Job description

Position Details:

  • Start Date: ASAC
  • Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • No Weekends No Night Call
  • Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
  • Patient Volume: Approx. 20 patients/day
  • Support Staff: 1 MA + 1 PAR per provider
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Emergency/Temporary Privileges Available

Clinical Scope:

  • Adult Outpatient Care
  • General Pediatric Outpatient
  • Gynecology (Pelvic Exams / Pap Smears)
  • EKG Interpretation

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Family Medicine
  • Active Michigan License at submission
  • Family Medicine experience required
  • Local to Michigan required
  • Self-Query NPDB (within current month) required
  • Rates required at name clear
