Local Team Collaboration:
- We believe in local, site-led leadership.
- Strong collaboration between all 5 physicians and 16 CRNAs on the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide peri and post-operative care for Signature Healthcare, Brockston Hospital, which covers general, ortho (including spine), ENT, endo, vascular, podiatry, minimal thoracic, plastics, and OB/GYN services.
- Works in collaboration with CRNAs, anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other physicians and medical professionals to ensure appropriate anesthesia services are delivered.
Scheduling:
- 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts available.
- Avg of 40-hour work week.
- No call, no weekends, no nights.
- 8 weeks guaranteed off annually.
Qualifications:
- NBCRNA (or to be certified if a student).
- Active MA license.
- Authorized to work in the United States.

- Affordable access to Greater Boston with generally lower housing costs than Boston.
- 25-35 minutes to downtown Boston; 30-40 minutes to Logan Airport; easy access to Providence, Cape Cod, and major highways.

Rewards and Compensation:
- W2 compensation: $320,000.
- 1099 compensation: $354,000.
- $75,000 commencement bonus.
- W2 and 1099 options available, your choice.
- 8 weeks of scheduled time off.
