Seeking CRNAs to join a growing anesthesia team approximately two hours northeast of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with multiple shift options, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to earn additional compensation for shifts worked beyond FTE requirements.
Position Highlights:
- Multiple shifts available with flexible scheduling
- 6, 24 hour shifts per month, with 7, 24 hour shifts one month
- All call is in-house with no additional call
- Broad case mix across multiple specialties:
- Cardiac surgery
- Neurosurgery
- General surgery
- Obstetrics
- Trauma
- GI in both hospital and ASC settings
- Orthopedics
- Pediatrics
Compensation & Benefits:
- $250K $265K salary
- $100K sign-on bonus
- $25K educational loan assistance
- $30/hour shift differential for 7:00 PM 7:00 AM and weekends
- $1,400 per 8-hour shift exceeding FTE requirements
- $15K CRNA referral bonus for full-time employment
- $7,500 upon start
- $7,500 upon completion of 2 years of full-time employment
- $100 daily travel stipend when traveling to another facility outside the region where you typically work
