Skilled in overseeing front desk activities, coordinating patient scheduling, managing check-in and check-out, supporting providers, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming patient experience. Experienced in supervising and training front office staff, maintaining accurate patient records, verifying insurance information, and assisting with basic billing and payment-related tasks. Knowledgeable in dermatology terminology and office procedures, with a strong ability to multitask, resolve patient concerns, and maintain an organized and professional environment. Mod Med experience is a plus!
