Front Receptionist - Land Rover Cape Fear

Location: Wilmington, NC Schedule: Part Time, On Site

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all guests and callers, supporting the dealership by delivering a professional, welcoming, and efficient front desk experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain composure in a fast paced environment. The Receptionist will assist multiple departments and uphold the standards of professionalism expected within the dealership.

• Greet all customers and visitors in a courteous, professional manner

• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments

• Maintain the front desk, lobby, and customer lounge to ensure a clean and organized environment

• Assist with appointment check ins for Sales and Service

• Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization

• Communicate effectively with Sales, Service, and Management to support daily operations

• Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Represent the dealership's brand and values through consistent professionalism

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Basic computer proficiency; experience with CRM or dealership systems is a plus

• Ability to work independently while supporting a team oriented environment
