WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Welcoming customers with a smile and guiding them to the right team member-whether in person or over the phone.
- Managing appointments and keeping the office running like a well-oiled machine.
- Handling inquiries and keeping customer records neat and accurate.
- Engaging with current and prospective customers, sparking conversations, and offering insurance options.
- Delivering exceptional service and following up to make sure our customers are always taken care of.
- Supporting the team with fun, fast-paced administrative tasks and projects.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience in customer service or receptionist roles (extra points for a fun attitude!).
- Strong communication and people skills that help you engage with anyone.
- Organizational skills that keep everything running smoothly.
- Comfortable chatting about insurance and helping customers with their needs.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
