ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2021 and is a close-knit team of four who work together toward shared goals every day. Before becoming an agent, I spent 15 years as a State Farm team member, and I've been in the insurance world since I was 16 years old. That lifelong experience gives me a deep understanding of the business and a strong appreciation for what it takes to build a successful, supportive office.
I've been married for almost 20 years and have two boys. We're also a military family, so commitment, teamwork, and resilience are values that are very important to me and shape the way I lead the agency.
Our team members earn PTO monthly, with up to 15 days available, and have access to top-producer bonuses, as well as weekly and monthly prizes based on performance. We also offer annual production bonuses, licensing reimbursement, and after 90 days, we cover life, disability, and hospital supplemental policies.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Janine Camacho - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
