Looking for a machining schedule that gives you four days off every week? Join our 2nd shift machining team and work three 12-hour shifts Tuesday through Thursday. You'll work 36 hours per week but get paid for 40 hours, plus receive a $3.00/hour 2nd shift premium.

- 36 hours worked - paid for 40 hours

What You'll Be Doing
We're looking for experienced CNC Mill and/or Lathe Machinists who can set up and run their own jobs. This is a high-mix, low-volume job shop, so you won't spend every day running the same part. Most jobs involve small quantities and a variety of parts, setups, materials, and machining challenges.
You'll be responsible for:
- Setting up and operating CNC mills and/or lathes
- Selecting tooling and setting offsets
- Proving out programs and making edits at the machine
- Reading blueprints and GD&T
- Inspecting your own parts and holding tight tolerances
- Troubleshooting machining and tooling issues
- Making adjustments to improve quality and cycle times
- Working independently and taking ownership of your jobs

What We're Looking For
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience
- Strong CNC mill and/or lathe setup experience
- The ability to set up and run jobs independently
- Experience making program edits at the machine
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills
- Experience using inspection tools to verify your work
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a job shop or high-mix environment is a plus
