Overview In this role you will drive BD support for Latham's Litigation & Trial practice, partnering with lawyers and BD teams to translate market insights into strategic initiatives. You will monitor litigation-tech trends, develop client relationships, and contribute to global and regional strategies. You'll collaborate on visibility efforts such as speaking engagements and webinars, safeguarding sensitive information, and enabling cross-functional impact. This is a hybrid position across several major offices with a growth-focused, client-centric mandate.

Responsibilities- Monitor developments at the intersection of litigation and technology and track major clients and matters
- Provide research, analysis, and reporting to identify new clients and strengthen existing relationships
- Support practice groups with analysis of competition, market trends, opportunities, and pitch activity globally and by region
- Collaborate with lawyers, BD and PR teams on speaking opportunities, webinars, and visibility initiatives
- Disseminate sector, market, and client trends internally
- Protect confidential and proprietary information held by the firm
Key requirements- A bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of four (4) years of related analytical experience, including at least two (2) years in litigation within a law firm
