Overview

In this role you will optimize indirect procurement for luxury retail construction across Richemont Americas, driving cost savings and value through strategic sourcing. You will partner with Maisons, Central Procurement, and Functions to implement best-practice purchasing and supplier strategies. You will lead complex RFx events, negotiations, and contract management while building scalable supplier networks. This position offers impact across a matrix organization and exposure to high-end construction and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead development and management of sourcing plans for key spend areas, with emphasis on luxury retail construction
  • Oversee vendor selection and RFx events, including bid leveling, negotiations, and contract development
  • Collaborate with Central Procurement, Maisons, and Functions to implement procurement strategy and policies
  • Identify value-added opportunities and drive adoption of strategic sourcing across the organization
  • Conduct market research, spend analysis, and supplier landscape assessments to enable cost reductions and process improvements
  • Manage supplier performance reviews, remediation, and renegotiations to reduce total cost of ownership
  • Provide training on compliance, sourcing methodologies, and harmonization opportunities
  • Deliver end-to-end sourcing with a focus on budget adherence and value for money
  • Develop supplier database and reports; present findings to leadership
  • Support sustainability and Responsible Sourcing alignment with Supplier Code of Conduct
  • Promote cross-functional partnerships to advance procurement best practices
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 6+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain (luxury retail preferred)
  • Proven RFx leadership, negotiation, and contract management experience
  • Project management and cross-functional collaboration in a matrix environment
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; advanced Office proficiency
  • Experience with e-procurement platforms and ERP systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa)
